Aqara
Aqara Presence Sensor FP2
60 GHz mmWave multi-zone presence sensor with Matter bridging — detects up to five people across configurable zones over Wi-Fi.
WifiMatter Bridge Premium (>$100) Sensor
The FP2 uses 60 GHz mmWave radar to detect presence — including stationary occupancy that PIR sensors miss. Multi-zone configuration is set up in Aqara’s own app, then exposed to Matter as standard occupancy clusters.
The current Matter bridge surfaces a single device-wide occupancy state. If you need per-zone signals in your Matter controller, you’ll still want to drive automations from the Aqara app or via Home Assistant’s native integration.
